Foundation Home is operated by FH Home LLC. This notice covers the public website at foundationhome.io and the Foundation Home iOS app.

Website waitlist: If you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you submit. We use it to add you to the waitlist and to send related updates about Foundation Home. We use an email delivery provider to send those messages. We do not sell your email address. The waitlist form collects email only. Questions about the email you submitted: hello@foundationhome.io.

iOS app: When you use the iOS app, you may photograph home equipment (for example a nameplate). We use those photos to read manufacturer, model, and serial and to build the equipment record. We may use those photos and the matched product manual to answer questions you ask about that equipment. We do not sell your photos or your records.

What we do not publish: A physical mailing address is not listed here because one has not been confirmed for publication. Governing law and venue are also not stated here because they have not been confirmed.
