Privacy Policy

Foundation Home is operated by FH Home LLC. This notice covers the public website at foundationhome.io and the Foundation Home iOS app.

Website waitlist: If you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you submit. We use it to add you to the waitlist and to send related updates about Foundation Home. We use an email delivery provider to send those messages. We do not sell your email address. The waitlist form collects email only. Questions about the email you submitted: hello@foundationhome.io.

iOS app: When you use the iOS app, you may photograph home equipment (for example a nameplate). We use those photos to read manufacturer, model, and serial and to build the equipment record. We may use those photos and the matched product manual to answer questions you ask about that equipment. We do not sell your photos or your records.

Account information in the app: To keep your records, the app stores your sign-in details, the address of each property you add, the equipment records you create, and documents you choose to upload.

Service providers: The iOS app stores accounts, photos, and records with Google Cloud and Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Storage, and Cloud Functions). Nameplate photos are read with Google Cloud Vision, property addresses are looked up with Google Places, and questions about a product manual are answered with Google Gemini. Waitlist emails are sent through our email delivery provider. These providers process data on our behalf to run the service.

Your choices: You can delete your app account and its records at any time from Settings in the app. You can also ask us to access, correct, or delete your waitlist email or your app data by writing to hello@foundationhome.io.

Children: Foundation Home is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

What we do not publish: A physical mailing address is not listed here because one has not been confirmed for publication. Governing law and venue are also not stated here because they have not been confirmed.
